It's Tuesday! Time for another round of "5 Must-Hear Pop Songs of the Week"!

This week's roundup features a storming club anthem by the U.K.'s most prolific synth-pop duo, some naughty-minded backseat shenanigans, a 2013 reworking of a '50s standard, and a devastating breakup ballad by the Princess of Latin Pop.

1.) Pet Shop Boys featuring Example, "Thursday"

Legendary British synth-pop duo the Pet Shop Boys are back this summer with Electric -- their brand-new album that comes only 10 short months after their last effort, Elysium. "Thursday" is one of the album's most radio-friendly anthems, dedicated to heading out on the town a day earlier than the weekend, because why wait? The storming club-pop track includes the album's only feature, U.K. rapper/singer Example, who adds a smooth rap section to make the song track feel all the more modern. In fact, the song's original demo was reportedly wrapped around a Nicki Minaj a cappella rap. (Who do we have to kill to make that surface online?!) "Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday," Chris monotones in the background. It's all sort of like Rebecca Black's "Friday," if Rebecca Black's "Friday" was produced by Stuart Price, featured Example, and was even more amazing.

2.) Belinda, "Nada"

Mexican songstress Belinda, otherwise known as the Princess of Latin Pop, has been busily churning out hypnotic, electro-pop uptempos over the past few months from her fantastic new album, Catarsis, including "En La Obscuridad" and "En El Amor Hay Que Perdonar." But this summer, she's slowing things down with her heartbreaking breakup anthem "Nada," an aching piano-led ballad full of dramatic strings and devastating vocals. "Perdimos todo/ Nos hicimos polvo," she achingly croons ("We lost everything, we became dust"). On the plus side, Belinda, at least the album's still amazing!

3.) Ciara, "Backseat Love"

As it turns out, Ciara has quite the affinity for some vehicular lovin'. She was already falling dizzy in love on "DUI," her slinky ode to getting freaky behind the wheel off her new album, Ciara, and now she's taking the action to the back. "Backseat Love" is the iTunes-only bonus track from her new record, and it's easily just as good as anything else on the album. Produced by The Underdogs, the sexy midtempo sees CiCi steaming up the windows with her sultry coos above spacey beats: "Backseat, windows up/ That's the way that I like to..." UH. CICI! It's a damn hot track, but I don't think anyone's going to want to carpool with you and your BF Future anytime soon, CiCi.

4.) Astrud Gilberto, "Fly Me To The Moon (Kaskade Remix)"

No, this isn't exactly a new song. In fact, the 1950s standard has been covered, reworked, and remixed hundreds of times over the past few decades -- all the way up to 2013! This week, Verve Records is releasing a compilation called Verve Remixed: The First Ladies -- a collection of classics by some of music's most legendary chanteuses remixed by today's biggest names in EDM. Astrud Gilberto's take on "Fly Me To The Moon" has been reinvented here by the great Kaskade, who adds a gorgeous trance throb to the production, reinventing the track for big room dance lovers and taking Gilberto's timeless crooning to brand-new heights.

5.) I Am A Camera, "Legendary Children"

Up-and-coming British duo I Am A Camera are feeling rather legendary. After releasing a smattering of electro-pop tracks over the past few months, including a dark cover of Pet Shop Boys' "Rent," the group's just unleashed their brand-new single, "Legendary Children." The track is an inspirational, fists-aloft anthem dedicated to giving it your all and fighting for what's right -- and dancing, obviously. "Stand up and fight/ For we were never forgiven," lead songstress Francesca chants. It's little bit "Paris Is Burning," a little bit "Kids In America," but let's be honest: Any song with a title like that's kind of already a shoe-in, right?
