However, there's a caption to go along with this photo of Joe Jonas and his "The Next" co-judge Gloria Estefan, and it consists of Joe calling Gloria "beautiful."

Joe tweeted this photo of himself and co-judge Gloria with the caption "The beautiful @GloriaEstefan and I in Chicago 2 days ago." And absolutely -- we do have to agree that Gloria, who is 54 years old, is looking quite elegant and fresh-faced. Joe Jonas: DGAF about age. Love that.
