Katy Perry came out with a movie so she's wearing a dress made of popcorn, guys. OBVIOUSLY. 

Katy Perry's no stranger to weird-ass outfits. She's worn a halfway face mask channeling Carmen Miranda (terrifying) and willingly rocked a whipped cream bra on camera. So, it came as no surprise when we heard that Katy was dressing in theme for the premiere of her "Part Of Me" movie. And by "theme" we actually mean a dress with movie popcorn kernels for ruffles and a pair of sparkly film canisters for a bra. Once again for emphasis: SPARKLY FILM CANISTERS FOR A BRA!!! In case you thought you misread that.

In conjunction with her movie premiere, the "Wide Awake" singer kicked off Pepsi and Billboard's "Summer Beats" live series and treated fans to a special eight-song set before her movie screened at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in L.A. Katy was also on hand to answer fan questions, and we're actually devastated nobody thought to pose the most important question in the world: HOW did your stylist get those popcorn kernels to look so realistic???
