1D's Louis Tomlinson wears a Killers t-shirt in NYC! SO good, right?

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson may show off his preppier side when wearing letterman jackets and holding puppies, but don't be fooled by that just-wanna-pinch-your-adorbz-cheeks boy band persona -- Louis is actually a rock star at heart! Exhibit A: He's a fan of The Killers! Annnd now every time we hear "Mr. Brightside" we will think of Louis' sparkling white smile.

Louis proudly wore a T-shirt emblazoned with the EMA performers' logo in New York's Times Square while grabbing a bite to eat at TGI Friday's. (Good to know the Brits are taking in some solid American culture  -- next up, Planet Hollywood!) In town to celebrate the release of Take Me Home, the boys pretty much took over Rockefeller Plaza this morning with a record-breaking audience of more than 15,000 screaming 1D fans showing up to their "Today" show performance. The guys also dropped a MAY-JOR announcement: They're making a 3-D movie that will drop summer of 2013! With all this success, maybe Louis' T-shirt is more a metaphor than an homage to the Killers -- because right now he's pretty much what killing it looks like in the success department.
