Oh, just Miley Cyrus (literally) hanging around with her British fans.

This just in: Miley Cyrus actually CAN be tamed -- by putting her in a cage! JK, she's just hanging out in front of a fence that kinda makes it look like she's behind bars. Besides, would you really want to lock up the woman who has so much talent (as proven by her THREE 2013 MTV VMA nominations!) and such an expressive tongue? That just seems like an injustice to the world! We need Miley to remain free so that we can all live vicariously through her puppy snuggles, GORG love life, and envy-inspiring perfected selfies.

The "We Can't Stop" singer tweeted the pic along with the caption, "UK SMILERS." Sure, Miley could have just stood in front of the fence and tilted her head all adorbz-like or even tossed up a peace sign before moving on with her life, but don't you think that taking gazillions of pictures 24/7 gets, like, insanely monotonous? Sometimes she's gotta improvise with any available props nearby (while still finding her light and tooching that booty out) to nail a perfect shot! (Trust us, we watch a lot of  "America's Next Top Model." We know what we're talking about.)
