Girl's OWNING the web this week. First she shared a new short blonde hair moment (looking like Gwen Stefani FTW), and now she's dominating in the outfit department. Oh, and if you haven't found the time say "laters" to Miley's cutesy Hannah Montana days, now's probably the time to pay your respects.

The "Party In The U.S.A." singer shared yet another fab photo of herself on Twitter along with the caption, "it was just one of those CUHHH-RAZY pant days." We like how Miley's trying to divert your eyes FROM HER SEE-THROUGH SHIRT to look at her patterned tights (we see what you're doing, girl), but we have to say: The more Miley shows off her style evolution, the more excited we get about this next record she's working on. Based on these tights, we're thinking Miley could be channeling some serious LMFAO vibes for her new tunes -- Miley practically pulled the leggings out of the Party Rockers' closet.
