Sylvester Stallone Is A Retired Superhero Turned Garbage Man In Samaritan Trailer

Amazon Prime Video has released a new trailer for Samaritan, the streaming service's upcoming movie about an aging superhero who shuns the spotlight. The film is due for an August 26 release.

It's based on the Mythos Comics graphic novels authored by Bragi F. Schut, Marc Olivent, and Renzo Podesta, which gets into what living life in the shadows as a superhero looks like--with an emphasis on realism. Check out the trailer below, which suggests fans of Unbreakable will find a lot to appreciate about this film.

Sylvester Stallone stars as Smith, a former superhero turned garbage man. Javon "Wanna" Walton (Euphoria) plays the young kid who believes he's been saved by Samaritan.
