Telltale’s Game of Thrones Episode 2 Coming Early February

The second episode of Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series will launch worldwide from Tuesday, February 3, the developer announced Thursday.

Episode 2, suffixed "The Lost Lords," picks up from the events that took place in the first episode, which shipped in December and went on to gain a positive critical response. GameSpot's Game of Thrones review remarked that it is "a story about family told in perhaps the most un-family-friendly environment in fantasy fiction, and in a way that will leave you sick with delight and sadness as the credits roll."

A trailer for Episode 2 can be found above, and it carries a few minor spoilers, with scenes from the first game flashing into view, though not enough to give away the plot.

In North America, the episode will ship first on PC, Mac, PS4 and PS3, and later on Xbox One and Xbox 360, finally shipping on iOS and Android devices before the end of the week. A schedule can be found below. Typically in Europe the dates are the same aside from PS3 and PS4 releases, which tend to come two days later.

Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games series tells the story of House Forrester, at a time when they are caught up in the events of The War of the Five Kings.

The game will be played from five different points of view, each from a member of House Forrester; either a direct family member, or a person in service to the House.
