Titanfall DLC gets its first gameplay trailer

Electronic Arts today released the first gameplay trailer for Titanfall's upcoming expansion, Expedition. We've seen still images before, but the two-and-a-half-minute trailer gives us a first look at how the expansion's three new maps (Swampland, Runoff, and War Games) actually play.

Expedition launches for Xbox One and PC later this month (we're still waiting on a specific release date), while Xbox 360 owners will have to wait until June to play the new maps. The expansion is free with the $25 Titanfall DLC pass, or you can buy it separately for $10.

There are two more Titanfall expansions on the way, though EA hasn't said anything about what these are or when they will be delivered. New game modes are also coming to the game, though those will be free for all players.

In addition to more Titanfall DLC, publisher Electronic Arts announced last week that it had reached an agreement with developer Respawn Entertainment for more Titanfall "experiences." It's unknown if these future "experiences" will remain exclusive to Xbox on consoles.
