LOS ANGELES, CA – Friday, December 18, 2015 – Announced today, the Toys for Tots “It’s All About Love” online toy drive at https://toysfortotsdrive.com to raise monetary contributions to support the annual Toys For Tots toy drive will continue through the end of the year.

“While we have received many new, unwrapped toys for deserving youngsters nationwide during our annual toy drive the need for monetary contributions to provide for additional gifts especially for those ‘hard to buy for’ teens and pre-teens and support our ongoing program is as important as ever,” said retired Marine Major Bill Grein, Vice President of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. “We are very appreciative for the generosity of J.C. and Stan Lee and other celebrities who are supporting this online campaign,” he added.

In addition to Stan Lee, filmmaker/actor Kevin Smith, a big supporter of Stan’s, is promoting the online drive. Other celebrities including model/actress Raquel Pomplun (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Gambler, Chocolate Milk Series), actress Brittany Curran (Lifetime’s Double Daddy, Men of a Certain Age), Cameron Colvin (former San Francisco 49er, When the Game Stands Tall), actress/model Ashley Doris (Chocolate Milk Series), actress Malorie Mackey (Chocolate Milk Series), and Melanie Specht (Transformers: Age of Extinction) among others taped videos supporting the campaign.

“We are most grateful for the celebrity support the online drive is receiving,” said Alain Nguyen, campaign chairman. “Stan is so passionate about the Marines Toys for Tots Foundation, that he shot a personal video in his family room at his home asking his friends and all his superheroes to contribute to the online drive and share on all their social media. There is still time to contribute and those donating $10.00 will receive a digital copy of J.C. Lee’s ebook ‘It’s All About Love – The Lee Family,’ a family photo album featuring never before seen home photographs as our thank you gift.  We will be accepting contributions through December 31st,” he added.

Since its founding in 1947, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program has collected over 469 million toys and is supported by many celebrities including First Lady Michelle Obama.
