Video Premiere: Beyoncé, ‘I Was Here’

Beyoncé sings "I Was Here" for World Humanitarian Day.

In between holding it down for her hubby, Jay-Z and being a killer mom to adorable Blue IvyBeyoncé is also the nicest, most giving person ever. As we mentioned earlier, Beyoncé had plans to release her "I Was Here" video in conjunction with World Humanitarian Day which incidentally, is TODAY!

Beyoncé announced the news via a heartfelt message on her website, and she's encouraging her fans to spread her message -- and take actions to help others -- at WHD-IWasHere.org. (You should REALLY visit the site after watching Bey's video after the jump.)

Aren't you in love with her right now? And we haven't even mentioned how stunning she looks in the actual "I Was Here" video yet!

To shed more light on her decision to bring awareness to World Humanitarian Day, Beyoncé sat down with CNN anchor Anderson Cooper at the United Nations in New York City. She explains: "I was definitely attracted to raising awareness of this day of recognition" as she went on to recall the horrific events of Aug. 19, 2003. "I found out that 22 people lost their lives helping people in Baghdad and I thought it was such an incredible thing to turn that into something positive and try to include the world in doing something great for someone else."

In the video, Bey croons simply and elegantly and is a VISION in white -- have you seen a fiercer angel roam the earth? (Speaking of angels, how amazing would a "Halo"/"I Was Here" mashup be? Get on that Bey -- like you don't have enough going on.)

Appreciating Beyoncé IS a noble accomplishment in and of itself, but don't forget to do something nice for someone else today -- it is World Humanitarian Day after all. WWBD!
