Watch Green Day Play ‘¡Uno!’ Track ‘Let Yourself Go’

Green Day has begun rolling out the jams.

It's time to start making room in your brain for a whole lot more Green Day. The band is about to drop three albums on us, starting with September's ¡Uno! -- and judging by "Let Yourself Go," the punk heroes' epic trio of records is going to be on some "Lord of the Rings" ish. The live version of "Let Yourself Go," captured in Austin, Texas last November, is an instant Green Day classic: three chords rocked into submission, killer Tré Cool fills, a catchy chorus, and some potty-mouthed IDGAF lyrics from Billie Joe. ("I don't give a f*** anyway" -- Billie Joe Armstrong.) Dude even tears up a guitar solo, probably just to make Jack White nervous.

The band knows how to work a crowd like few others do, drawing enough crowd surfers and fist-pumps to fill a punk ocean. If Green Day has three whole albums of this stuff on the way -- it's going to be the greenest year ever. And also the making-the-neighbors-angry-est year ever, but they're just gonna have to deal. ¡Uno! drops Sept. 25, with ¡Dos! following in November and ¡Tré! ringing in 2013 in January.
