Taylor Swift is back with a vengeance with her latest breakup anthem, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."

It was just yesterday that Taylor Swift released her brand-new single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," and rumor has it that the track already broke the record for fastest rise to the top spot on the iTunes chart! Apparently, Taylor's new jam beat out Lady Gaga’s "Born This Way" by reaching the top of the charts in a mere 50 minutes. WERQUE!

Anyway, Taylor's just released an adorable lyric video for her breakup anthem, and no, it (sadly!) doesn't feature tailor slashing her ex's tires and/or bashing his car window with bat and/or dumping all his clothes in a big bonfire à la Carrie Underwood. Rather, the stop-motion animated clip features cutesy handwritten notes (how Taylor of her!), record players, birds, and a bunch of other adorable things that all come together to teach Taylor's fans the lyrics to her new tune. We do kinda wish the lyric video was a little more keying-a-car aggro (NOT THAT WE ENDORSE THAT KIND OF THING!) and less here-are-these-lovely-birds-to-assist-me-in-my-painful-breakup." Then again, there's always room for the angsty anger in the real video, right? (HINT HINT HINT.)
