By Tony Maglio LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced Thursday that it has signed a three-year deal with the new FXX Network to broadcast the Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards, which will be produced again by Spike Jones Jr. "The Creative Arts Awards and Spike Jones, Jr. have become somewhat synonymous and we couldn't be happier to have him back as the producer of this year's awards," said Alan Perris, consultant to the Television Academy's Chairman, Bruce Rosenblum. ...
